Before the call
What we ask for, and what we do not
No candidate data before the paperwork
We ask for no CVs or applicant exports until a data processing agreement is signed. A supplier who is relaxed about that is not one to trust with your applicants.
A job description is enough to start
If connecting your ATS will take weeks, the demo still works. A job description and a few CVs are enough to show the requirements and the reasons behind each score.
