Pricing
A written price, before anything is signed
There are no sign-up plans and no free trial that quietly ends. Your team gets a price in writing, and time for a security review, before anything is signed.
What a quote depends on
Your price depends on three things
You get one number, not a range, and what it assumes.
How many applicants you bring in
How many applicants you bring in from your ATS, and how much of your history you want to search.
How many people use it
The recruiters who work in Recrutar every day. A colleague who reviews a job description through a link does not count.
Which ATS you connect
An ATS Recrutar already connects to is quick to set up. A new one is scoped with you, and the work involved is stated up front.
Included for every customer
The reasons behind every score are never an extra
You can always show a hiring manager, a candidate or a regulator why a score is what it is.
- The CV line behind every score
- A list of everyone filtered out, with the reason
- The fairness report, across all your candidates
- Every version of each job description and its requirements
- Review links for colleagues, with no account needed
Getting started
How a pilot works
It runs on your own applicants
A pilot on sample data tells you nothing about your applicants. We bring in an agreed number of your own, so the scores you see are about people who really applied to you.
Scoped and priced in writing
How long it runs, which roles it covers, what counts as success and what happens after are all agreed before it starts. It never turns into a paid plan by itself.
Paperwork first
We ask for no candidate data until a data processing agreement is signed. A supplier who is relaxed about that is not one to trust with your applicants.
Ask for a quote
Tell us roughly how many applicants you have and how many recruiters would use Recrutar. We send a quote, not a sales sequence.
