Accessibility

No candidate should be held back by the software an employer chose. That makes accessibility part of using Recrutar lawfully, not a preference.

Our target

WCAG 2.2 at level AA, for the recruiter interface and for everything a candidate sees — the portal, interviews and tests included.

What already works

Every control is reachable and operable from the keyboard, and the focus indicator is visible on all of them — it is never suppressed for appearance. Icon-only controls carry a real name rather than a symbol a screen reader has to guess at. Form labels are visible rather than implied by grey hint text inside the box. The result of an action is announced, not only shown. Colour is never the only thing distinguishing one state from another. Light is the default appearance; dark is a choice we remember.

What we will not claim

We do not claim full conformance today, and no page here carries a badge saying we do. A current accessibility conformance report is available on request, including the parts that fall short.

Report a barrier

If something in the product is unusable for you, write to sales@recrutar.ai. Tell us the page and what happened. A candidate blocked from completing an application is treated as an incident, not a feature request.
