Applicant data is some of the most sensitive data you hold. We sign this agreement with you before any of it moves.

What it covers
Roles and responsibilities, the subject matter and duration of processing, the categories of data and of data subjects, security measures, the use of sub-processors, assistance with data subject requests, breach notification, and what happens to the data when the agreement ends.
We use your data only as you instruct
We process candidate data to provide the product to the customer whose workspace it is in. It is not used for anything else, and one customer’s data is not used to serve another.
Sub-processors
The current list is on the sub-processors page, with notice of changes as the agreement sets out.
Before a pilot, not after
We do not ask for CVs or applicant exports before this is in place. A vendor relaxed about that on the way in is not one to trust with an applicant history afterwards.
